By making a purchase online through our website, offline at our factory, through our sales representatives visiting your home, or through our showrooms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Products and Services Description We specialize in manufacturing furniture, mainly upholstered furniture, customized according to customer requirements. We do not have any products in stock; all products are made to order. Services we offer include re-upholstery services and repair services of products bought from us. Ordering Process Orders can be placed online or offline. A 50% to 70% deposit is required, with special orders requiring 100% payment. An invoice will be processed within 2 working days, and delivery dates are mentioned in the invoice. Payment methods include bank transfers and approved digital payment platforms. Cash payments require prior approval from the sales manager. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, with refunds paid within 48 hours to the original method of payment. Pricing and Payment Terms Prices are inclusive of delivery and taxes. Deposits are required as stated in the order process, and cash payments are not accepted without prior approval. Delivery Delivery charges are included in the invoice or can be added for special trips. Delivery lead time is 1-3 weeks, and exact dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery is to the doorstep, and we are not liable for damages beyond that point. Defects must be reported within 48 hours, and acknowledgment of receipt must be signed. Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds We reserve the right to cancel an order, and changes must be made prior to manufacturing. Deposits on cancellations after completion will not be refunded. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, and no refunds are allowed without an invoice.
