Customers may cancel an order before the product is manufactured or raw materials for the products have been purchased. If raw materials have already been purchased, deductions may apply. Cancellations must be made in writing by contacting our customer care, and acknowledgment of the cancellation will be provided by us.

Refunds Denied

Refunds may be denied for the following reasons:

  • If the cancellation is made after the manufacturing process has begun or raw materials have been purchased.
  • If the order includes special or additional customization.
  • If the customer has provided incorrect or incomplete information related to the order.
  • If the product has already been delivered or is in transit.

Refunds Accepted

Refunds may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation is made before the manufacturing process has begun or raw materials have been purchased.
  • If the product received is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
  • If there is a demonstrable error or defect on our part in the manufacturing process.
  • If the delivery of the product is delayed beyond the maximum estimated timeframe provided, and the delay is solely attributable to us.
  1. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, the following process will be followed:

  • The customer must provide valid reasons and evidence for the refund request.
  • Our team will review the request and determine if a refund is applicable.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 days.
  • An administration fee may be charged in certain cases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will not be processed without a valid invoice; the order form is not considered an invoice.

For special orders, including those with additional customization, no cancellation or refund is allowed if raw materials have arrived or work has been started. Customers are encouraged to confirm all details carefully before placing a special order.
