Delivery & Return Policy

1. Delivery Timeframes

Expected delivery is around 15 days, but in case of excess orders, it may take up to 60 days. While our sales executives may provide an estimated delivery time, the actual delivery time will be confirmed by our production team once the order details are confirmed by the customer. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disasters, labor unrest, and electricity outages.

2. Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery up to 30 km from Kudlu Gate, Bangalore. If the delivery location is beyond this area, additional delivery charges will apply and will be included in the invoice.

3. Return Conditions

Since we specialize in custom-made orders, we generally do not entertain returns. Customers must be careful before confirming their orders, as returns are not accepted if the mistakes are on the customer's side. If there are mistakes from our company's side, we do accept returns, subject to the conditions outlined in the Return Process section below.

4. Return Process

Customers seeking a return must provide proper evidence to support their reasons. Our team will review the evidence, and if satisfied that an error has been made on our part, we will process the return. The return process may take up to 7 working days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

For minor defects, we will send a team to repair the item on-site or take it back to the factory if necessary. All delivery charges related to repairs will be borne by us.

6. Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order.

  • Any changes to orders must be made prior to manufacturing.

  • Deposits on cancellations after the completion of a custom unit will not be refunded.

  • Refunds can take up to 30 days to process, and an administration fee may be charged in certain cases.

  • No refunds are allowed without an invoice; the order form is not considered an invoice.

7. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Delivery is to your doorstep, and we cannot be held liable for any breakage or damages beyond that point.

  • Our staff may deliver to the room of your choice if it is safe to do so.

  • The condition of the furniture must be checked upon delivery, and defects must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Acknowledgment of receipt of the product must be signed.

  • Please be aware that newly delivered furniture may have a strong varnish smell that may need time to air out.
